我们都知道轻质隔墙板有杰出的保温效果，最主要的原因是里面有EPS高保温材料，那么在EPS资料颗粒的加工过程技术是如何进行的呢？
一、发泡技术
原料珠粒在连续式或间歇式预发机内被蒸汽加热至92℃以上时软化，发泡剂蒸腾逸散粒子体积慢慢膨胀为所需倍率或克重。安稳的倍率是取得固定成型条件的确保，成型质量才能得以确保，武汉EPS设备，因为预发条件不尽相同，EPS设备匹配技术，故有必要依靠操作人员的娴熟和经历，在允许发泡速度内，恰当调整预发温度、蒸汽压力、进料量和发泡倍率以取得满足的成果。
三、主机Main machine
1.机架采用厚壁钢材，eps设备生产厂家，通过矩型焊接技术焊接，确保设备坚固耐用，保证质量。

2.双杆定位导柱连接主机架与副机架，定位标准，副机架高度易于调节。
Dual poles positioning guide connect the main machine and the sub-frame， which can position accurately. Otherwise， it’s easy to adjust the height of the sub-frame
3.特制料车轨道压轨，料少料车跳动，减少漏料。
Special designed skip car press track， reduce the beat of the skip car and reduce the leakage of the materials.
4.采用五轴异步破拱机构，加快下料速度，使布料更均匀。
Using the broken arch method of 5 axis move in different pace to increase the speed of putting material and make the material move evenly.
5.拨料轴两端加装耐磨密封圈，半自动eps设备，防止原材料进入轴承座而损坏轴承。
Batching material axis is equipped with wear-resistant seal to prevent the raw material form falling into the axis to damage the axis
6.料车上加装高强度耐磨平切口刮料板，有效控制漏料，保证台面干净整洁。
The skip car is equipped with high intensity wear-resistant flat scrapper board cuts， which can control the leakage of the material and keep the board clean
